Partners Creating Community
Partners Creating Community is the bridge linking three innovative, not-for-profit community organizations in an initiative designed to expand opportunities for our neighbors with intellectual differences. We know society has misjudged people we call Contributors: people who are different intellectually/developmentally, and may negotiate mental health challenges.
Helping Single Parents Build a Better Life. Mom’s House provides a unique family support system, including free state-licensed childcare, for low income, single parents while they are pursuing their full-time education and becoming independent members of society.
Rock Hollow Woods is a unique 77-acre nonprofit learning center whose mission is to provide children with outdoor opportunities to discover and learn about the natural world and empower them to protect their environment.
In Ian's Boots is an organization dedicated to providing footwear to those in need within the United States and around the world. There are many people facing serious economic trials in their lives and can not afford to buy footwear for themselves or their families. We are here to help!
Started in 2011, Operation 143 is a 501c3 nonprofit organization providing food to students in our local Community whom would go without over the weekend. We work to help homeless and food insecure students succeed by addressing the issue of childhood hunger.
